These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Indian Nights mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a venue or event organizer, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Accounts

You sign in using a one-time password sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for all activity under your account.

Events, bookings and tickets

• Indian Nights lets you discover, book, and manage tickets to nightlife events and parties listed by organizers.
• Ticket availability, pricing, and refund terms are set by the organizer of each event. We are not responsible for an organizer's cancellation, refund, or entry policies.
• Organizers using the organizer dashboard are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings and for honoring valid tickets.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is fraudulent, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent an event or ticket.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indian Nights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between you and an event organizer.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request deletion of your account, at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
